RUMAH is strategically located within Beitou's Fuxing Park itself, in Taipei City's Tianmu-Beitou neighborhood. Opened in 2021, Fuxing Park (Beitou) is a vibrant oasis that has become a choice destination due to its wide open spaces and well-constructed children's playground.

We are housed in the reconstructed longhouse of the historic Beitou Lai's Ancestral House — a rare 1910's Minnan-style red brick building, with its own 100-year-old longan tree and water well.

Adjacent to RUMAH is the upcoming 94,000m2 Beitou Shilin Technology Park, developed with the "smart health industry" as the main axis, and is regarded by Taipei City as the next emerging industry development area in the city.

We are a short 7-minute walk from Mingde MRT (Red line), with bus-stops and Youbike stations right at our doorstep. Drivers may access paid public parking next to RUMAH itself.
